NEWS and INFORMATION
February 1st 2007: Today is steveperryfans.com's first anniversary, and what a year it has been!
We'd like to thank all our readers for taking this ride with us. We have a number of things with which we'd
like to mark our first year, and the first is the launch of our site humanitarian project. Please see our
announcement here and our main project page here.
Steve met up with comedian and DJ Brett Walkow following Walkow's beat-box rendition of Don't Stop Believin', which Steve called "funny stuff, man". Scroll down Brett's webpage to see a picture of the two together. Thanks, Moni.

Name: Tamara Spruell-Inboden
Message Board Name: Tamara
Hometown: Orange, Texas.
Occupation: Senior Buyer for Jefferson County
Family: Have 1 son named Jakson who is 11.
Hobbies: Reading and listening to Steve sing with Journey
When did you buy your first computer? 5 years ago.
Where is your current computer located? At work.
Been a fan how long? Since the 6th grade, which was about 27 years ago,
that I heard
Don't Stop Believin' and was hooked after that
First time I heard Steve sing I felt: Amazed by his beautiful voice.
Favorite CD: Escape.
Have you seen Steve in concert? Almost, my brother forgot to buy the tickets when
I was coming to town. After I got there it was sold out.
If you could put one song in a time capsule for future generations what
would it be and why?
Don't Stop Believin' - I think this is the most inspirational song.
Personal Comments: My one biggest regret is not being able to see Journey when Steve Perry
sang with them. At this point it looks like I will never get the opportunity to see him perform
with Journey or alone. If I had one wish it would be that I could see Steve perform live. Houston
is close to where I live so if he came there I would be there in a heartbeat..
Thank you, Tamara!

Steveisms
"I have a private side of my life. I like to keep a piece of Steve's soul for himself. I have to
have a life, and that's one of the things, I think, I had to go back and find.
I did not really miss the limelight. There were a few times where it became difficult to go places and
I didn't like the isolation that comes as an alternative. But I just feel like a different person now."
