MEMBER SPOTLIGHT
This month we are spotlighting: Dale!
Name: Dale
Message Board ID: JrnyBrat
Hometown: Carteret, NJ.... We have been living in Florida now 11 years!
Occupation: I'm a housewife for now and studying to be a Freelance Photographer!
Family: I am married almost 16 years in October and have 2 step-children and 1 daughter
of our own! Our 13 year old was just diagnosed 2 or 3 years ago with ADD/ADHD! She is the apple of my eye! :)
Hobbies: Photography of course since I am studying to be a photographer, I also love scrapbooking, and reading,
we all love the outdoors so we fish, go boating and we love crabbing!
When did you buy your first computer? We bought our first computer before we moved to Florida about 12
years ago but it was a Floppy drive computer so it basically was a dinosaur. Then we bought a real computer about
9 years ago when we moved from Jacksonville to the Tampa Bay area!
Where is your current computer located? It is located in our Florida room, I changed over the Florida room and
made it my Computer/Hobby room/Journey Room!
Steve Questions:
OMG this is a hard question..... I don't really have a question for Steve, I would probably just ask for an autograph
and tell him how much he means to me. His music has pulled me through some really rough patches in my life! I would LOVE
to show him the tattoo I designed and had put on my back for him! It is my little tribute to my hero! :)
Been a fan how long? Been a fan since the first time I heard him sing and without seeing his face! Been obsessed
with him since I saw his face in 1978!
First time I heard Steve sing I felt: Chills up and down my body!
Favorite CD: Infinity &
GH +5 (cause it has my most favorite song on it) (
If You Need Me, Call Me)
Have you seen Steve in concert? Yup.... Both with Journey and solo.
If you could put one song in a time capsule for future generations what would it be and why?
It would have to be, without a doubt,
City Of The Angels because it is TIMELESS, LOVE that song..
Personal Comments: I have been through some really rough times in my life. And since I found Steve in 1978 I have come
through them pretty good. Steve's music helps me just about every day. Has and always will. My tattoo reads (
If You Need Me,
Call Me). If I was dying I would request him to be at my bedside for a visit! I love him dearly!.
Thank You Dale!

"But the point of the song playing is that you just don't give up, life goes on even if you're the Sopranos.
It doesn't matter what you do for a living. In the midst of his turbulent life and everything, there's always
this sense of family and this sense of dreams and hopes for some kind of normalcy - some kind of don't-give-up,
don't-stop-believing feeling. I actually shouted "All right!" at the end. "
