Instead of running a single donation drive benefiting a single charity this year, we have decided to give you a list of what we consider to be worthy organizations. You are then free to donate to any or all of those that you believe to be worthy recipients.
The list, which is in no particular order, will give brief details of the aims of each organization, where their money goes, and how to make your donation.
Please! Give 'til it hurts! The VH1 Save The Music foundation does great work in funding music programs for schools. Independent studies have shown that children of all academic abilities benefit from music programs, and this initiative is supported by many practising musicians.

"I am donating this year to a very cool cause called savethechimps.org
They take in chimps that have been finally released from animal drug testing programs and provide them with
an open-aired natural environment in which to live out their lives. I only mention this if anyone should feel so inclined.
Thanks
Steve Perry" - December 2006
"Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® has given hope, strength and joy to children with life-threatening medical conditions. From our humble beginnings with one boy’s wish to be a police officer, we’ve evolved into an organization that grants a child’s wish in the U.S. every 40 minutes."
Famous in Journey circles as the organization which arranged for Journey's visit to the bedside or Kenny Sykaluk, the Make A Wish Foundation continues to brighten children's lives. You can donate direct from their website: Make A Wish
It all began back in 1981 with the first Bikers' Carnival ... Harley-Davidson had become an official corporate
sponsor of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Oliver Shokouh - the young owner of a fledgling Harley-Davidson
dealership in Glendale decided to put together a fundraising event and hold it back behind his little shop.
Despite such exciting attractions as a dunk tank, a softball toss and target shooting, the first annual Bikers'
Carnival only raised $1500 for MDA. Not exactly an auspicious beginning. Still, Oliver was determined. Word would
get out, he thought, and he would work a little harder and the second annual Bikers' Carnival would be bigger and better.
